Spotify "connecting..." On iPhone

I keep trying to listen to music online on my iPhone in the app, and the "connecting..." Bar at the bottom of the screen keeps coming up as if there's no connection, connecting, and then cycling back again. I have full internet and I even tried using wifi, logging out and back in, restarting my phone, and checking if it was in offline mode... What should I do?

I'm having a similar problem: When I am connected to wifi and open the Spotify app, it says I am offline plus has the "Connecting..." Bar at the bottom. I have to turn off wifi, then turn it back on in order for it to work. Why does this happen and can it be fixed?

Same here for me. This just started yesterday. I tried reinstalling the app and problem still persists. Really annoying.
