Spotify radio app

My spotify radio app keeps playing the same exact songs.

Everytime I start the app I get the exact same song list. I've skipped as far ahead as 49 songs it's the exact same playlist everyday. I've tried logging out / in. Reinstalling the app etc. can't seem to fix it



This isn't like other threads where I'm just complaining about variety. I'm saying that it literally plays hr exact same songs in a row. I'm not renewing premium until I can figure this out!

Spotify customer support still hasn't responded.

I'm not just complaining about variety. Radio plays the same songs, in the same order no matter what station I'm on, or device I'm on. Even songs I thumb down get played. It's getting ridiculous.

Same thing happening here, I tried restarting spotify and it does not work. No matter what radio it is, even if you make a new one, it is the same exact set of songs in the same exact order on the same exact radio. My RHCP is Californification, Smells Like Teen Spirit, Everlong and so on. It is this exact same thing every single time I play RHCP radio. It's very irritating and I don't know how to fix it.

Sorry to hear your having the same issues. Spotify support sucks. Been over a week for a response.

Against my better judgement I renewed my subscription to see if that would resolve the issue. It doesn't. DO NOT RENEW IF YOU ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM!

Bump. I can get 9 stupid ass song recommendations every morning but can't get a reply from customer service?

Great business plan, sell a **bleep**ty product that doesn't work, take customers money, ignore customer.

Filing a dispute at the back for the last two months of spotify. Customer service is non existent and laughable.

I just escalated this issue to the Spotify Radio team.
