Spotify randomly plays music when I'm trying to SLEEP

My Question or Issue

So, yesterday I went to bed with my phone on the table next to me. I was sleeping peacefully until I was woken up by random music playing very loudly at 5 in the morning! Even though there were headphones plugged in, I could still hear the music. I didn't even have the app open! This has also happened in the middle of a history test, as well. Please fix this spotify!

At first i recommend checking that your account isn't using Spotify Connect in anyway which might be causing music playing.

However, the more reasonable act would be taking the security steps provided here and here in order to eliminate the possibility of strange behavior on your account.
