At the bottom of the screen it looks like your phone is trying to connect to Spotify. Could you try to close the app, turn off Wi-Fi and then try again on cellular data? Then we can make sure it's not an issue with your phone or internet provider.

I don't know what's happening since a lot of users are reporting issues. I'm going to check with some other people from the Rock Star Program if anything is up. I'll let you know when more information comes in.
