Spotify songs are not playing

Hello, may I ask what is happening to my spotify. My songs aren’t playing even I downloaded it offline. Sometimes, it will play for a bit seconds then stop and change to another song. My payment was updated and there’s no problem with it. I reinstalled it many times and the songs were still not playing. Please help me to solve this problem. If my description wasn’t clear enough, I’ve provided a video/evidence. Please help me! 

I am using Spotify on iPad mini 4
OS: iOS 12.3.1
Spotify version: 8.5.7.601
