Spotify won't connect on Verizon LTE

Spotify won't connect on Verizon LTE

 

I have an iPhone 7 and I have a phone plan through Verizon. Spotify works perfectly on Wifi, but when I am using data (LTE) it will not connect and says it is offline. I tried logging out and logging back in, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I turned off my phone, I reset my network settings, and I made sure Spotify is turned on for cellular data in my settings. Any idea as to what could be wrong?

Hey Olivia i too had a similar problem with this as well, except it was for my girlfriends phone. I thought it was verizons end but a friend of mine said it wasn't possible so i kinda looked around. I found a solution to this somewhere in the community but forgot the title of it. I remember what we did that actually worked for us and hopefully it will work for you as well. We went into the settings and general and scrolled down to the bottom where it says "Reset" and clicked on "Reset All Network Connection"

 

Give that a try and if that doesn't work let me know and ill ask around!
