Spotify won't connect to the internet [iPad Mini]

On my iPad, Spotify won't connect to the internet even though I have a working internet connecting and I can even play online games, do social networking on my iPad, except for Spotify. Spotify on my laptop and Android device can connect to the internet with ease but with my iPad it doesn't connect, it just says "Connecting...". I am a premium user.
