Spotify won't play music on my iphone 6

Hi everyone please please help me solve this situation since I really rely on spotify for music.

So my spotify won't play on my iphone 6 at all.  When I go to browse and click "shuffle", usually there would be a box pop up underneath that says the song title and if it's playing or paused.  However, mine is just a greyed out box or sometime it just doesn't responde at all.  It will play on my computer but just not my iphone.  I've removed and reinstalled multiple times and restarted my phone and it is still not fixed.  My spotify is thd most updated version too, so I really don't know what's wrong with it.

I have the same problem on my phone! Even if the song will show up as active (i.e. not greyed out), if I click on it, there is no information (such as song time, etc.) and no music will play! It is so irritating! Did you find any solution to the problem?
