Spotify won’t play one specific artist

My Question or Issue

For about two months now, Spotify has refused to play one specific artist. It seems to play anyone else. I have had to completely delete and redownload the app every single day just so it will play this artist. I am on a kick with this artist. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to listen to them.  What is going on? How can I fix this?

Help’s here!

First up make sure you run a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your iPhone. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing this issue. 

In case you still experience this after the clean reinstall, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
