Starred Playlist missing on most devices

Hey everyone,

I'm having an odd issue where I have a starred playlist via the spotify web app, but only on my work machine(win 10, chrome (play.spotify.com).

My phone(ios app), my laptop (osx desktop client) and desktop at home ( win 10 desktop client) don't have the playlist. I've tried signing in an out of devices many times but I've thusfar been unsuccessful. 

Has anyone faced this issue?

I had a missing playlist once, so I went to my profile on the app, clicked on all playlists, and it showed up there. When returning to my library it was magically there. Hope this helps!
