My Question or Issue

Hello.
I have a premium account and on my iPad I downloaded my favorite playlists to the highest quality. When I play this music from the iPad to the AppleTv via AirPlay, is the music downloaded on the device (therefore at the highest quality) used or is it taken from the internet (therefore at lower quality)?

Since the Music is downloaded on your iPad it is playing from "the internet" also Known as the Apple TV.
