Hallo,

ich habe ein iPhone, Verbindung LTE. Wenn ich Spotify mobile höre, also ohne WLAN kommt es ständig zu Verbindungsunterbrechungen. 2 Sekunden Musik hören, 3 Sekunden unterbrochen, 2 Sekunden Musik usw. Ich habe bereits Spotify neu installiert hat nix gehofen. Woran kann das liegen?

Sind Sie derzeit Streaming auf extreme Einstellungen? (Einstellungen> Musik-Qualität)

Ich würde empfehlen, um Spotify über unser Kontaktformular erreichen. Wenn Sie eine automatische E-Mail von Spotify erhalten, darauf zu reagieren (auch wenn es von No-Antwort) und jemand wird Ihnen so schnell wie möglich zu bekommen.
