Suddenly my premium acct is not recognized in my ipad 4 ios10 that i cannot log in

i was renewing my premium account yesterday and i logged out on my ipad 4 ios10.  after renewing, i logged in back and suddenly my premium account is no longer recognized by spotify on my ipad 4 ios10 but works perfectly fine on my iphone 6s.  i listen to spotify more on my ipad 4 ios10 as it is connected to my home audio for over 3 years now.  how do i restore spotify on my ipad 4 ios10?

Thanks for reaching out. Welcome to the community! I'm sorry to see that no one got back to you sooner, but if you're still having trouble, I'd be happy to help you get to the bottom of this issue.

 

First up, could you try restarting your device? I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. If that didn't do the trick, please try performing a quick clean reinstallation of the app by following these steps.

 

If you're still having trouble, you might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. Please check out this guide to find any other accounts.
