Switched from android to iphone

Switched from android to iphone

I've had Spotify premium for a long time on my galaxy s5. Just recently I upgraded to an iPhone 7. I downloaded Spotify app and logged in as I always do but my account is completely blank (none of my music no playlists) and I'm not getting premium, stuck listening to commercials even though I'm still paying. How can I get my account back?

Hey @Nkaiser23! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

 

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.


What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
