Sync From PC To Iphone (5s) not working

My PC to phone sync has not been working for a while now and after looking online for what seems like an eternity i have found nothing that will help, i have tried everything free memory, firewall, re download etc etc. but what i think makes this case so unique is song i have previously imported from my pc to my phone such as Jay Z forever young and Wretch 32's fire in the booth is after importing them through the normal youtube converter method it now will play through my phone playlist, but any trace of these two songs are gone from my PC and refuses to play them, even though i can play them through my phone fine. the exact same has happened in the present but it refuses to play through my phone or sync through my phone, while playing through my PC no problem at all, i was wodering if there was any help at all avaliable for a postion which seems to be as unique as mine

TLDR // New Songs imported from PC to Phone refuse to sync after trying everything

              Old songs synced and imported play fine through phone but are compleatly                 missing on PC
