Synchronised songs not available

Hello everyone,

 

I am a premium user for a while now, and I am experimenting a problem since a few months.

I succeed to transfer some music I have on my laptop to my iPhone with the sync.

 

It was working perfectly, but after a few days, all the transfered content was non-available on the phone. You can check the screenshot I took, the songs are downloaded (green icon) but I cannot play them..

 

I tried to delete the songs from my computer account, and re-transfer them to the iPhone, but the same problem appeared after a few days.. 

Any ideas ?

Hi,

 

that does certainly sounds weird. Have you tried to reinstall Spotify on your mobile device? 

 

When the same thing occurs to me, it's usually just one or two songs that's unavailable in my country.
