Syncing playlists from my laptop to my tablet and my phone.

Syncing playlists from my laptop to my tablet and my phone.

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me with this problem. I have a playlist that contains 12 songs that I want on my tablet (iPad) and my phone which isn't syncing across from my laptop. It keeps coming up with the same message saying that the song is not synced. However I have completed every requirement which is asked for to syncing the songs across to my iPad and to my phone and so far, nothing has worked. Help please!!
