Syncing songs on my iPhone

Syncing songs on my iPhone

Hello All.

I am trying to sync the songs to my spotify app on my iPhone 6 from my computer. However none of the songs will sync, I keep deleting and readding them and it says the track is unavailable. They were on there and they just werent the next. Can someone help on this.

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify and then try to sync them?

I just did... no change

I'm the same - most of my playlists have disappeared of my PC and are only showing up under 'recently played' on my phone. There's no option to synch my device on my PC. Help!!!

Missing playlists:

If playlists aren't showing in the desktop app, try reinstalling it. That usually fixes the problem.

Syncing:

The devices section will be coming back in a future update.

In the meantime:
You won't be able to see an indication in the desktop client that the device is paired with the desktop client. But as long as they both are on the same WiFi network you should be able to trigger the local files sync by toggling the offline toggle on the playlist on your device.

If you still have trouble with missing playlists:

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
