Syncing 'stops'

I have a premium sub and for 6 months syncing worked and now it hangs.  i tried iPhone on and off, deleting num of playlists...how do i fix this?

Can you try all of the troubleshooting steps and fill in the template on this topic?

go into your windows firewall,and make sure that Spotify isn't being  blocked by it. fixed all my problems!
