The option to SHUFFLE songs on my PLAYLISTS has disappeared

Please help.  WHen I first joined SPOTIFY, all of my playlist would have an option to SHUFFLE songs.  Now, that option is gone and the songs will only play in order that they are listed on the setlist.  I know this is probably a basic problem (and fixable in settings or somewhere), but I cannot find a solution.  Please help.

Do you not have a shuffle playlist option on playlist view on iOS? 

You can always manually turn it on by going to the Now playing screen, pressing "i" and then Shuffle.

Thank you so much.  I have no idea why the SHUFFLE function is no longer listed; but turning it on manually works perfectly.  THank you SOOO much : )
