Hey,
so my family and I bought Spotify Family some days ago. Now we`re having the problem, that on one of the accounts there`s no download folder. Downloading actually does work, but a folder is pretty practical 😄 If someone could help me, would be very nice.

Hi,
i seem to be experiencing the same problem. I recently updated my Spotify app and the Download tab which shows all of my downloaded music is no longer there. It was useful.
can you help l?
thanks
matt
Hi
I have the same problem. I had the download tab but suddenly it dissapeared.
Same problem here. My Downloads tab is missing.
I’ve got the same problem, no downloads folder. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I’ve had no luck.
I sure hope hope this is just a bug because it’s made Spotify very frustrating to use on the go. It’s gotten to a point where I just download the mp3s of songs I listen to frequently onto my phone rather than download them on Spotify.
Solution found! Figured this out today on iOS. Go to the Library tab. Choose “Albums”. Pull down on the list. That reveals a hidden toolbar. Tap the menu button in upper right. (It looks like a hamburger or a stack of pancakes.) Choose “Downloads” in the filters section. That’s it. Super hidden.
This is also works on the “Songs” list.
Thank you, solves the issue exactly.
(Though why Spotify made this design change is baffling. This new way is much more confusing and at least 3 or 4 extra steps to get to your offline music.)
Sorry, but this is not solving the issue. The issue is that the download tab in the library is missing. This is just a uncomfortable workaround...

Exactly!
With this new "method" its easy to loose track of what we have downloaded... Being one of the things related to premium accounts, I feel robbed with this change. I may be considering other services...
I would advocate for writing a review on the Spotify app on the App Store. 1 star, name this as the exact reason. If enough people review, perhaps Spotify will take notice.
