Title just starts in scan function

Hi,

Spotify works on my notebook (windows), not on my iPad or iPhone. There the music stops after 3 sec, working neither on playlist nor radio. Sounds like a scan function, but I want to listen to the whole title without starting 60 times for 3 seconds ...

Hello @Rapp there's no scan function in the app, it just plays on all devices. If you're having trouble, probably you have to check your internet connection, does it work well on 3G/4G?

Also have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
