Track scrolling bugged

I can't scroll through a track by clicking on certain points, all I can do is drag the playhead to the desired position. If the screen is locked however, I can click anywhere and drag it wherever and it works just fine.

• Is this on all devices or only on that iPhone?
• When did this start happening?
• Is this with all content or only specific ones?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
