I can’t control the music, rewind or click on the next track. I can’t click on the track and play it

Could you try restarting the device? If that doesn't work, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

Can you let me know if this only happens with this track/playlist?

 

I noticed in the first clip that you had Connect on. Can you let me know if it makes a difference if you have used Connect or does it always happen?

 

Additionally, let me know if this is a Pick and Playlist or a Shuffle-only one.

1.This is only with the playlist of your favorite songs
2.This is not related to connecting to a computer. And this in itself does not play the song
3. Do not understand

Can you let me know if this is only happening on Wi-fi, 3/4G or both?

 

To confirm, you tried restarting the device and reinstalling the app and they didn't help?

 

Pick and Play playlists are the ones where you can directly choose the song you would like to play without having to shuffle the whole list.

 

Also, what happens if you go back to Liked songs and click Shuffle?
