Turn off canvas not working

Hello, I’ve turned off canvas in the account options, but they still play. Is there another setting I need to disable?

Hey there!

Can you double-check if you turned off the correct option? You can check it by clicking on your profile picture on the top left corner > Settings and privacy > Playback > Scroll down to the bottom and turn off Canvas.

If you followed the right steps, can you test using your Spotify account on another iOS device to check if you can replicate the same behavior?
