Hi, the problem occurs both on iOS and Android. I've an Iphone 7, iOS 10.2.1 with Spotify 7.7.0.850. I tried to solve the problem through different devices, but I think it's due to the spotify system. I think I would reset my listening history, but I can not do that. If not, can I delete my account and activated with the same email address? Thank you.

so I got response, and I got confirmation that this issue is odd. The solution most likely is to create a new account.
You should reach the support team over Twitter or Facebook at @SpotifyCares or via email here. They can guide you through it and will most likely be able to copy your profile (playlists, songs and so on).
