Unable to Fast Forward Tracks, select shuffle/repeat, etc. IOS

 

Brief description of the issue: IPad Pro, the screen you access when selecting arrow on the left side of now playing track name does not allow for manual fast forwarding, selecting shuffle or repeat, just an image of the album the current track is playing from.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue: have uninstalled/reinstalled, and problem reappeared after a few days.


First I did this: uninstalled/reinstalled
Then I did that : browsed help forums
I also did this: currently asking for help
What steps you’ve tried already: Uninstalled/reinstalled
Your device and operating system (e.g. iPhone 5, iOS 😎 IOS 10.3
Type of Spotify account you have (Free or Premium): Premium
The app version of Spotify you’re using: Spotify for IPad
