Unable to activate Smart Shuffle

Solved!

Unable to activate Smart Shuffle

I‘m using „Premium Individual“ on a iPhone (iOS and Spotify App updated).

Short time after activating Smart Shuffle I get the error message that it is not possible to activate it. I have this problem since a week or two. Before I was able to use it.

Hi @oergele,

Thanks for the reply and the video. Could you try performing a clean reinstall on both devices and see if that helps? These steps can fix a multitude of issues, so hopefully clearing out any corrupted cache causing this behaviour will be the solution we need.

Hope this helps.

Hi @oergele,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on the iPhone?
  • When did this start happening?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

Keep us posted.
