My Question or Issue
I cannot disable Data saver mode. My decide is running the latest iOS version, I removed and reinstalled the app and turned off the car mode feature thingy.
But the issue still hasn’t been resolved, yet.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.
Just to check, have you tried a clean reinstall of the app instead of a regular one. This will make sure you have the latest version and that any outdated files are removed.
Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.
If that doesn't solve the issue, could you let us know if you experience this on 3/4G, Wi-Fi or both?
If a family member or a friend has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.

Hello there, I’m revamping this old thread.
I’m having the same issue with my Iphone 15 on ios 17.5.1.
When on Wifi, I can access the data saver button and toggle it. Whenever I turn off wifi, the data saver automatically switches on and the option is greyed out so that I can’t change it.
I tried a clean reinstall as mentioned above, but no luck.
what can I do?

Thanks for posting in the thread!
Could you double-check your phone's settings to make sure that Low Data Mode is switched off for your mobile data? When this feature is turned on, you're usually not able to change the Data Saver settings in the Spotify app. You can check the steps on this page from Apple.
If that doesn't do the trick, it would be great if you could let us know what version of the Spotify app you're currently running.
