Unable to log in

Unable to log in

I got a new iphone and redowloaded the Spotify app for my phone. When I touched the app I got to the create an account or log in screen when I touched log in it didn’t do anything. I tried again still nothing. So I tried to reinstall the app again and I’m still having the same issue. It wouldn’t let me create an account either. I am able to long in from my Mac though. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble!

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device for us? If that doesn't help, let's try a quick reinstall again. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let us know the exact operating system/iOS version you're using?
