Unable to scroll through the song

I am unable to scroll through the song, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the App what is the problem still persist. But on my iPad I am able to scroll through the song. It is connected to the same account as my phone.

1. I can't able to turn off my shuffle mode
2. there is no repeat/ loop option and 'previous' song option available 
3. I also can't able to skip a part in a song while it's playing.   ( It's my free account)

I am unable to repeat a song and to change the song timer ( i.e. want to listen to song from 1:20 ) unable to do so. I have to replay for whole 80 seconds to go to that point. This is just ridiculous. I totally hate it
