My Question or Issue

I've been a free plan spotify user for a while now (about a year and 3 months). I enjoyed it, as it satisfied all my needs. However, a couple days ago the back button turned grey, and the rewind feature (the white dot on the playbar) disappeared. These features were available for the whole period of the usage of the app, but a few days ago this happened. What can be the reason for that?

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

Yeah, I did try to reboot it, I also reinstalled the app, but these methods haven’t been helpful. Here’s the screenshot. As you can see, the features are disabled.
