My Question or Issue

Cannot log in on Safari. Crashes when i try to go onto the account page. Using IPhone 8 running iOS 11.2.5

Let's take a look 🔍 
You mentioned you have an iPhone 8 running iOS 11.2.5. The latest version of iOS for your iPhone 8 as of 07/08/2020 is iOS 13.5.1. I'd recommend update your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update. 

Let me know if the issue persists after you install the software update.

Hi, 

almost the same problem here: I get the "an unexpected error has occured" when I login in Chrome Browser, and when I try to use my Android devices the screen stays black. Can't hear anything, uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing helped. Please help, thank you. (looks like some corrupt data in your database maybe?)
