Unlock Freeze

Simpy: iOS locks with Spotify active then when i go to unlock the iPhone, it freezes the unlock screen and then crashes. 
iPhone 6 with last 2/3 iOS updates. Reset phone, installed eveything new etc. Its just somewhat random.

• first i'd suggest you uninstall the app, restart your device and then re-install.
• before you restart your device, disconnect your device from data and the internet. while your device is turning off, turn off your modem.
• next, you can sign out of all devices here. wait ten minutes before re-installing Spotify.
