Upgraded to premium but still says I'm using free

Upgraded to premium but still says I'm using free

Earlier today April 11, I upgraded to premium after my free trial expired. I bought it through my iTunes account and verifies that I was charged for it but the premium features were never given to me. I have used Spotify's help Q and A suggestions to either log out and log back in, or re download the app entirely. I have tried both these methods and still says I am on the Free subscription. How will it realize I am a premium member?

Earlier Today April 11, I upgraded to spotify premium after my 7 day free trial expired. I paid through my iTunes account and it noted that I was charged the $13 fee. When I return to spotify, premium was not activated and still says I am on free trial. I have used spotify's online help suggestions such as re downloading the app to force sync and still has not worked. How can I get the premium features that I paid for to work?

Same exact thing is happening to me, I uninstalled it several of times and reinstalled it, went to my site logged off and logged back on and still free. Did everything that I read online and nothing...from what I've been reading, I'm not liking. I hope to hear from them soon.

Upgraded to premium but when I log on it says I am on trial and need to upgrade.  Have logged on and off multiple times and have reinstalled without effect.

This sounds like something for our Accounts team to take a look at. Could you reach over to them at https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/? They'll take a look behind the scenes for you.

 

If you receive an automated reply, get back to it and this will make sure your email gets through to the correct team. Also, if you post your 8 digit case # here, we'll make sure the right team get onto this for you too.
