Upgraded via iTunes - not working

Hello All,

I downloaded the app, loved it, then immediately ugraded to Premium via iTunes - 1 month free trial £12.99

I received an email confirmation but now the adverts have reappeared.

I originally signed in voa Facebook so am worried I may have duplicate accounts.

I'm also annoyed that now looking at your site it is £9.99 per month NOT £12.99 for Premium - this down to Apple no doubt!!?

I hope someone can help?

Yes, Spotify costs £9.99, but because of Apple you'll have to pay £12.99 if you buy premium through to app on your iDevice. When you buy premium via the Spotify website, it will cost £9.99.

You may try to logout, and login with Facebook. If that doesn't work, please let me know so I can ask someone to look into it for you.
