Video podcasts are not working.

So ive tried literally everything and i still see spotify video podcasts. Ive tried the turning off data saver, ive tried all the online troubleshooting. Nothing has worked so far. I cant see the button to turn it on when im on PC, it doesnt appear when im on my phone or ipad. Please help.

It looks like the podcast video feature isn't currently available in your region, so that's why you can't see it.

Where can we see the regions where videos are available?  I am having trouble from Costa Rica as well
