My Question or Issue

Since updating my iOS to 17.1.2, when I’m listening to Spotify (always using headphones) and I stop play, when I restart play again the volume is really low.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Could you please try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference.

 

In case the issue persists, we'd recommend giving this a try on a different network, for example try to connect to another Wi-Fi or test with a hotspot network (if possible). 

 

On another note, could you let us know if there's any other data that's not being saved between sessions (e.g. search, listen)?

Also having this issue on 17.1.2+ with my iPhone 15 pro when using Chromecast. Volume buttons often do not work. The Chromecast integration has been flawless up until this point so it is super disappointing.
