Waiting to download, issue ever since i updated my iphone 6.

I am trying to download my 3 main playlists around 249 songs. And yes i have been paying for premium and i do have it currently. I really dont know what to do. its not only my local files, which worked before i updated. i am not sure what to do really. I have my phone on the same wifi as my pc. ive done everything in other threads. i also deleted and re downloaded the app. Any help would be great or work will be terrible tonight :(. cheers
