When I select a new song it goes blank

If I’m playing a song, and  select a new song, it just goes blank. I’ve added a photo of the screen I keep getting. Very frustrating when I’m listening on Bluetooth in my car, because I have to switch to normal radio as I can’t pick up my phone to fix. Also frustrating when I’m not in my car as I have to close the app and restart it.
