When more than one device is available??

When more than one device is available??

Why is it that when I play music it sometimes plays on my iPad or my computer or my sisters phone when they are logged into it, and when I wanted to listen to music today it was playing on my sister iPhone and no mine she was controlling this how can u turn this off or stop this from happening???

That is Spotify Connect, you can't turn it off the only way around it is to force one device into offline mode.

Strictly, sharing an account is against Spotify's terms of usage which specify everyone should have their own accounts.
