Where is the volume slider?

No one care about the volume slider??? Connect disappear volume button dissapear!! I do NOT want to use iphone buttons for volume control, i want the volume slider back! Such a crap this upgrade dont like it at all!

Spotify pushed out a new version of the now playing screen. 

The connect button doesn't show unless another Spotify connect device is available. Unfortunately this means that you can't see the volume slider unless you see the connect button.

I think they overlooked this, but it has been reported.

I agree, for me on an iPad connecting with airport express to the hifi I cannot adjust the volume without going to another screen.  There used to be full control over the track being played with all buttons and a time elapsed/total time display in the main screen.  Now there is a play or pause button and a vague full width progress bar.  This "upgrade" sucks.  It's so inconvenient I am wondering about ditching Spotify altogether.  Why reduce the capability with an "upgrade"?
