Why can I not be online even if I am connected to wifi?

While there is no problem with my internet connection, I look offline. I tried to close offline mode but nothing changed. May it be because of ios9?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with connecting to Spotify, I can see you tried turning off your 'Offline Mode' setting without success, are you having any connectivity issues with other apps or just Spotify? Maybe try your Mobile Data and see how that works? Good luck!
