Could you try a clean reinstall on your iPhone following these steps?

If that doesn't help, let me know the iOS version you're on at the moment. You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.

Hey Billy! I did try reinstalling the app a couple times but nothing happened. My IOS version is 13.5.1

Could you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly or the part that you're unable to tap? You can also send me a screen recording so I can take a closer look at this. Make sure to hide personal information when posting to the Community.

Additionally, the latest iOS version is iOS 13.6 as of 7/15/2020. I'd recommend updating your device to the latest version to see if that makes a difference. You can do so by going to Settings > General > About.
