Why does my music library not load fully?

When I open the Spotify app on my iPhone, only two songs appear in my library when I choose "songs." I have hundreds of songs, and the only way to get them to load is if I close the app and reload over and over again. Sometime that doesn't work either and I just can't listen to my music. As a long time premium user who has dealt with this problem for a long time, I am very frustrated.
