Why does my music pause every 20 seconds?

On both my iPad and iPhone, the music keeps pausing. I have tried restarting, logging out of all devices, deleting the app, clearing cache, turning off battery saver, and many other methods, but there has been no avail. My Spotify is fully updated, and I’m a premium user. Is there any solution to this? I have an iPhone 11 max, and an IPad Air 3.

Could give a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference? 

If the issue persists across different networks, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
3. Request a password reset by visiting this article.

It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.
