Why is Spotify iPhone App so terrible?

The Spotify IOS App really is TERRIBLE.

I have been using it for over a year and I still cannot make it work the way a basic music service should. I am so fed up I am planning to switch to another service.

Dear Spotify team, here is what you need to fix:
Navigation - needs to be intuitive, currently it is impossible
Ability to find queue (yes, I can't find it)
Option to clear queue - selecting songs individually takes too long
Possibility to clear cache - you are taking up too much space
Slow download speeds
