Will I be charged after my 7 Day Trial is up?

So I just signed up for a 7 Day Trial without entering any details but when this is up will I be charged through my iTunes account? If so, is there anyway I can cancel my trial?

I think you will not be charged, but to be sure take a look if you have unsubscribed.
