Will not let me login with FB

Will not let me login with FB

I've been logged in Spotify on my iPhone 6 since the day i bought the phone, and now it kicked me out and won't let me back in. I have done everything from un install, change my facebook logins, try logging in with numbers and a facebook password, login using facebook credientials, etc.

Give me a number to call r fix this NOW. I've paid for a service for over two years in a row that has failed me time and time again. I'm so close to just using google music its unbelievable.

Oh, and spotify won't even send emails to request changes when I ask it too. This is **bleep** service, and for some reason I am not allowed to talk to a person that can fix this even though I've spent well over $100 just to listen to some music.

Yes, I am pissed; but I will still work with anyone willing to help, as long as it is very, very soon.

Hello everyone,

Thanks for posting your reports. There is currently an issue with logging in.

Spotify is currently looking into this and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Thank you for your patience.

Hey @yhcael

Can you please explain your email problem in more detail? What exactly is going on.

I'll see what I can do to help.

I have clicked on the set devices password option mutlitple times and have seen multiple messages on the web browser saying emails have been sent to the correct email address, however, I have received no emails about passwords at all.

The login issue has been fixed. Thank you for your patience while this was being fixed.

Enjoy the music!

You should be able to login now.

If you still have trouble getting emails,

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. They will be able to look at your account. I don't have access to do that.

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hey there!

Are you still having issues getting your device password you reset?

Have you tried using just your email address connected to your Facebook account, and the last current password that was used? Due to the Spotify/Facebook connection issue earlier you might still be able to get back into your Spotify account with the Spotify apps that way. If that does not work, you might try going through Spotify contact support through the anonymous contact page here about your device password reset: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/ just make sure you are not logged into Spotify anywhere even your Spotify account page. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply, and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
