Will not let me search music on iPad

Will not let me search music on iPad

Everytime I try to search something it says an error has occurred try again. Even if I try again nothing happens. This has been happening for about two weeks and I've tried to uninstall in and reinstall and that did nothing. I can search just fine on my phone. But not on my iPad. Please help

Hi there welcome!

 

Are you using wifi or a mobile connection? In case you are using a mobile connection then you could try using wifi. If that doesn't help then I would recommend getting in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
